Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days so we can file a claim and replace it at no cost to you.
Eligibility
To be eligible, binders must be:
- unused
- in original condition the way your binder arrived
- with original packaging
Returns forRefund or Store Credit
If you’d like to return a binder, you can choose either:
- Refund to original payment method, or
- Store credit that you can use anytime at ThrowbackBinders.com
Return shipping for standard returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund.
Exchanges
Want a different binder instead? No problem. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways (returning the original and shipping the replacement).
If you’re not sure which binder you want next, you may also request store credit and decide later.
Damaged orIncorrect Orders
If your binder arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. (We may request photos for claim purposes.)
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- binders that show signs of use
- binders not returned in original condition
- clearance or “seconds” items (if applicable)
